Can I order products direct?
No. UNIQUE products are only available through qualified distributors, located throughout the U.S. and Canada. We also have distribution in Aruba, The Netherlands, Puerto Rico, and West Indies. We also have the capability of worldwide distribution if required.
Can I get my boxes keyed all the same?
Yes. If the lock style is compatible, we can key them alike during the manufacturing process. Simply ask your local UNIQUE distributor to order your boxes keyed alike. If you currently own boxes, you may purchase replacement lock cylinders from any UNIQUE distributor.
Are there replacement parts available?
Yes. Replacement parts can be ordered through any UNIQUE distributor.

Can I get my box powder coated?
Yes. For an additional fee, your box may be powder coated. Ask your distributor for more information.
