Freight Claims and Conditions: Always check the condition and number of cartons against the freight bill/packing slip at time of delivery. To ensure payment of carrier claims, the customer must note damages and shortages on the delivery receipt at the time of acceptance. Promptly request an inspection by the carrier or his claims agent and notify Unique Truck Accessories immediately upon discovery of discrepancy. All shortages with the shipment must be reported within seven working days of receipt of the shipment. When reporting the shortage, please refer to the invoice number, item description, part number and carton count. Please do not deduct shortages from invoices when making payments; the factory will issue credit accordingly.
Return Goods Policy: All merchandise returned to Unique Truck Accessories must have an approved Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) or it will be refused and returned to sender. Collect returns will be refused for return to sender. Items to be returned must be received within 60 calendar days from the issue of the RGA#. After 60 calendar days, the RGA is void. All returns must be boxed and shipped as they were originally received so as not to be damaged in transit; damage to boxes or product may result in loss of credit for the product. Please insure return shipment. Returns due to reasons other than Unique Truck Accessories states in the limited lifetime warranty statement, will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Special orders, discounted items, or discontinued products are not returnable for credit.
Limited Lifetime Warranty Statement: Unique Truck Accessories warrants tool box workmanship for the lifetime of the product, providing the customer, at his expense, returns the product back to Unique for workmanship repairs. After repairs, Unique will return the product, at customer expense. Powder coated products, Unique warrants the powder coating of any product for a limited time of 6 months from date of purchase, proof of purchase required. Warranty on all other products is to be free of defects in materials for a period of one year from the original purchase from Unique. This warranty covers the cost of the defective part and does not cover the cost of removal, installation or other incidental or consequential charges or damages. This warranty is void if any damage to the product is due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or any other use contrary to the instructions with the product. Warranty will be prorated based on the length of time. Warranty products should be returned to Unique at the expense of the sender and a credit will be issued for the product and freight expense upon inspection of the product. Any product found to be non-defective will not receive credit and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Price Changes and Specification: Prices are subject to change with 30-calendar days notice. Mere possession of any Unique Truck Accessories price list does not guarantee purchaser the prices or product lines contained therein.
